Drill rig installation and preparation before drilling
① 、Check whether the components and parts are missing and damaged after
the drill rig has been transported to the operating field. Install and add oil after
all are good.
②、Put the front support leg of the mast into operation position and then adjust the
support leg(rod) to determine the angle of the mast.
③ 、 Air hose should be carefully cleaned before being connected to the air motor. Open the pipeline air valve for a few seconds and blow the impurities inside
the air hose with compressed air before connection.
④ 、 Check whether all the bolts are tightened and all the pipelines are firmly
connected. Air and oil leakage are not allowed.
⑤ 、Add suitable 32# machine oil into the atomized lubricator.
⑥、All hand shanks of the pneumatic control valve are in the “off” position.
⑦、After all preparation has been finished, conduct the test without load
